South Bend Surf Oreno Perch Color Tack Eyes.  About 4" long.  Wooden lure.  Used with some wear but still decent, see photos.  Great classic lure and at a price to either fish or collect!  This guy is fresh out of a Wisconsin Musky tackle box.
