Lucky Strike Submarine Bait Pikie Color 1940-1950's. Great old vintage bait here. Notice the bow tie valve on the bottom. This was to be loosened to allow water inside if you wanted the bait to run deeper. Produced in the 40's and early 50's. Used vintage bait but in overall nice shape. See photos. Tougher bait to find especially in this size. About 4" long body.
