Herters Thin Fin Lure with Shark Fin

Herters Thin Fin Lure with Shark Fin.  Believe this is a Herter's lure.  Looks like a Storm Thin Fin, old style, with a shark fin on the top.  Cool lure.  Used and has some wear but still decent to fish or collect.  See photos.  About 2 3/4" long.
