Historical Notes from the 1977 Heddon Catalog
Featured in the 1977 catalog was the New Climax Spinner Bait, New Squirrel Tail Snake Eye Spinners, Snake Eye Spinners and Heddon Jigs. They also featured the New 210 Surface Bait or "Ol' Stump Jumper". The 5440 and 5430 Brush Popper were also new along with the the 9320 Hedd-Hunter in the 1977 catalog. A couple of additional key new lure entries were the DD-9400 Deep Diving River Runt and the 9355 Hi-Jacker. Overall a great year for Heddon baits!
