Hellraiser Tackle Bear Claw, Bear Hair Spinner, Crappie Color with Card. Made by the former Hellraiser Tackle Company from Lake Tomahawk, Wisconsin. Lure is new in package. Overall length is about 10". Packaging is in good condition aside from some uv staining. These don't come around too often since they were made for a very short time!
The Bear Claw is the first "Bucktail" that has a body, and also the first lure to be made of Bear Hair. At first glance, you think of a surface lure- but it does SINK! The Bear Claw was designed to sink head first, so by slowing or stopping your retrieve it will appear to dive just like a baitfish would. The body is constructed of solid Cherry Wood, with thru-wire construction, double split rings. Mustad hooks, and an Epoxy sealer-primer-paint-and clear coat. The use of Bear Hair really makes this lure special. Bear Hair is solid, like human hair, this lets it flow and "breathe" with every twitch you make. Bucktail hair is hollow-similar to a straw, this is why it has little or no action of its own. The Bear Claw can be worked slower than most lures because of the buoyant body. You can run it any depth you like by varying retrieval speed.

Domestic (U.S.): Shipping is normally around $3.95 - $4.95 total for a normal sized lure. Musky lures are a little more. Remember if your order is$25 or more you can choose to get free first class USPS shipping. Other shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Canadian Shipping: Canada is easily our second largest customer. We offer some of the most competitive shipping rates to Canada available. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your lures and your shipping choices. We try our absolute best to keep the costs low. If you are looking to combine multiple orders please let us know and we will work with you. Please note, the recipient is responsible for any possible duties, taxes and customs fees.
International shipping (non-Canadian): is calculated at checkout depending on your choice of delivery options. Please note, the recipient is responsible for any possible duties, taxes and customs fees. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.
PLEASE NOTE: We ship in boxes and hard mailers (for flat items like catalogs). You will never receive a soft sided package from us with hooks sticking out like you see from some sellers online. We professionally pack in boxes all of our lures and make sure they are packed well for their trip to you. When you see that My Bait Shop sticker on the side of the box you will know your lures were packed safely.
TARIFFS AND FEES: Please note our prices do NOT include any tariffs or fees that are due in your country upon receipt. At this time we are not able to accomodate all of these into the pricing. It is the responsibility of the buyer to handle / account for these. In the future we may add these into the international pricing calculations if there are systematic ways to do this and they don't change constantly. Thank you for understanding.
