Historical Notes from the 1977 Lazy Ike Catalog

Just a great 1970's catalog cover.  In your face color!  Vintage 70's!  You have to love the "Featuring OOZE a new concept in fishing" on the cover in this one.  Bold choice.

A solid assortment again of the famous Lazy Ike KL series KL-00 through KL-4.  The Wigly Flipper is a new addition to the Wigly Lure lineup.  Ooze is covered on Page 12.  Your choice of Ooze in Bloody Bait or Cheese bait.  Both great for catfish and trout apparently.

Lastly on Page 12 a key piece for collectors, some new lure patterns for 1977.  Sunfish, Crawfish, Fluorescent Orange Belly, Fluorescent Yellow Belly, Fluorescent, and Southwest Bar Fish are added to the Lazy Ike color lineup.  All of these colors are more difficult to find today (depending on the lure).
