Historical Notes from the 1981-1982 Bomber Bait Catalog
The 1981-1982 Bomber catalog is one in a multi-year run where the catalog covers are very similar and or exact. You need to look for slight changes and then inside the catalog to differentiate. The good news for savy collectors is this gives you an opportunity to grab some catalogs people tend to overlook. This run in the 1980's are some of my favorite Bomber Bait catalogs. Most people don't think of them as old but trust me, they are getting old (as my daughter likes to remind me).
The catalog is filled with a vast array of classic Bomber Baits. The first of which is still the original Bomber which has a full page of colors, including the Photo Print colors. These are demand now with collectors and fishermen. The Water Dogs continue as well with a full page of colors. The insert included with this catalog features Heavy Duty and Magnum Long A lures in some great colors.
Overall this is a great catalog and one you can still get for a bargain price in the market. Grab it for your collection when you see it.
