A display of some Eppinger lures (click on link). The rarest are the blue and pearl winged Dardevle lures. The Klinker is in mint condition but the most common color. The original boxes for the Notangle Spinner and the Klinker took quite a while to find. The red, yellow and white boxes are also difficult to find. The two large spoons are from 1945 or earlier. The smallest spoon in the corner is recent (it has the devil head imprint so it can't be older then 1950 most likely 1970s). These little spoons were sold in small paper bags, like the one next to it. I originally wanted to put the rarest Eppinger lures I had on the display, but they did not look as good as this set. The lures are secured by drilling holes in the wood board that serves as the background and then strung with thin metal guide wire. The boxes were secured by gluing a thin wood board under each box which acts as a shelf. A glass door keeps the boxes in place.
