Has the inspection sticker in it and also a instruction paper.it also has a clip so it can be clipped to your shirt or vest. Made by Taylor Instrument Compaines, Rochester ,N.Y.. Neat piece of vintage fishing history for that collection. First email --45.00 shipped.
