321Collect is a complete program that allows collectors and hobbyists to organize, catalog, and manage ALL their collections quickly and easily using one easy to use interface.  No more handling your collectibles or digging through boxes to see what you have and what condition it's in.  You'll know everything about your collections including how much you have, how much it's worth, what it looks like, and where it is - with just a few clicks of your mouse!

Data entry can be as easy as entering the name, book value, condition and storage location of your collectible, but you'll probably want to take full advantage of all the powerful features included in 321Collect.  It's loaded and they're all very easy to use!

You can include front and back images of your collectibles by simply copying and pasting them into the embedded picture boxes.  No additional viewer is needed and searching your directories to find which picture goes with which record is NOT necessary (and unproductive) .  Your pictures are always part of the record! A fun and smart way to create your own photo albums so you never have to dig through your collections and risk damaging your valuable items!

You can use the 2 hyperlinks at the bottom of each record to attach to other relevant information related to your collectibles like copies of receipts, certificates of authenticity, or auction pages that you've saved on your system related to buying or selling your items.  A great way to keep organized!  If your not sure how to use hyperlinks, don't worry, they're easily explained in the Help system.

Keep track of the items you want to sell by creating sell lists by simply checking the "Sell" box within the record.  You can easily view the list in the program (or print it) and attach copies of the final transaction once you sell your item using the hyperlinks.  Just imagine browsing your collections, deciding on what you want to sell, and then generating a list in a matter of minutes.  Decided not to sell?  Just uncheck the box.

The program has additional basic features like duplicate, sort, filter, find and replace to further help you manage and manipulate your collections.

321Collect gets "smarter" as your your collection grows!  Drop-Down lists include information that you entered in prior records to cut down on typing time and to increase your productivity!  For example, who wants to keep typing in the same Manufacturer's name over and over again?

321Collect includes fully customizable labels so you can create new collections and edit existing collections if you don't like the way you're cataloging them or if you just want to change the terminology in the 20 templates already loaded in 321Collect.  Just click "Edit Labels" from the "Edit" option on the Toolbar...

...and make the changes.

Finished entering in your items?  Why not generate a list of everything in one or all of your collections?  You can sort by category, name or value.  Each collection is subtotaled by Category and there's a Grand Total for each collection.  There's an additional Grand Total for all your collections when you generate an "All Collections" Report.  Now you can know the REAL value of ALL your collections!

With just one click of your mouse you can create all the reports you need for personal use or to provide to your insurance company should you lose anything because of theft or damage.  A truly beneficial feature! 

Remember, if you don't like the way we setup any of the templates, you can always customize them to fit your specific needs.  After all, we don't want to tell you how to collect, we just want to help you do it more efficiently.

Now you can catalog your collections and everything in your house with pictures, receipts and supporting documentation.  You can manage your collections the way you want to and assign a REAL value to everything you own.
